Law Firm Wealth / Lesson
Some work belongs with the lawyer. Some does not.
Stay in the work that needs a lawyer. Hand off the operating pile. This site teaches the split. It does not sell an MSO.
Lawyer work
Judgment on the case, the client relationship that is actually legal advice, and the moments where a license is the point. If the practice still needs you there, stay there. Automating that, or handing it to a vendor who does not hold the license, is how firms get stupid in public.
Operator work
Staffing, intake flow, vendor pile-ups, numbers, and the weekly question of whether the firm is actually making money. That pile is what I built systems for at Conduit and what FirmOps exists to run. It is still not a replacement for the lawyer in the file.
What this site will not do
This is not a Cadence finance page and not a statute explainer. If you need an operator layer, say that plainly. If you need to remain in the practice, say that too. The mistake is pretending one conversation is both.
